I am using an iPhone from last six months and i regularly make its backup because it contains lots of my important files. But today when i try to create backup then i get an error message which stats that “iTunes could not back up the iPhone, session failed”. It also gives a suggestion to disconnect the device. But i also try after disconnecting the iPhone but the problem remains same. If you have any idea about this error then please help me. Thanks…
Well, it is always advantageous to keep the backup of your iPhone data because no one knows when they can face the data loss situation. When we talk about backup of iPhone and other iOS device then the first utility which came in our mind is iTunes. This is an inbuilt utility provided by Apple to backup and manage iPhone data. But sometime when user try to create backup their iPhone they face the error message iTunes could not back up the iPhone. If you are also suffering from the same issue then first of all keep calm. The first step which you can take in order to fix the error is update your iTunes. Because sometime the iTunes doesn’t supports the iOS. You can also try to do manual backup. You can do it by selecting the iPhone from the device menu and select the “start backup”. Apart from that you can also try to attach your iPhone in some other USB port. If the problem still exists then you can backup your data on the iCloud.
But iCloud has also some limitation like limited storage and slow processing, so it should be the best option to go with some third party software. iPhone backup software is the best way to create backup if you are unable to do it due to the iTunes could not back up the iPhone error. This software is the best alternative of the both iCloud and iTunes utility. iPhone backup software is specially developed for iPhone and it can easily sync data from all the model of iPhone.
If you want the iPhone Data Recovery then, try this;
